- This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Rental and Servicing of Portable Washrooms and Hand Washing Stations for the Annual Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Canal Days is a 4-day festival with a live concert series and a street festival component. The City requires portable washrooms at eleven (11) locations within the City, for use by the public. The estimated number of units for the 2026 festival is:
