Tender are invited for This requirement is open to Bidders for Services in the National Capital Region.The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is looking for a Contractor for rental, delivery and installation of crowd control barricades/barriers on an “as-and-when-requested” basis to be carried out for Canada Day events in accordance with the Statement of Work attached hereto as Annex “A”.The services are required for two (2) years for Canada Day (2021 and 2022), with three additional one-year optional periods for Canada Day (2023, 2024 and 2025).Mandatory Evaluation Criteria:MT1: The Bidder must demonstrate that their crowd control barricades/barriers system meets the specifications and standards described in Article 2.1 of the Statement of Work (Annex “A”), by providing a product specification sheet and/or other relevant documentation.MT2: The Bidder must demonstrate that they have sufficient inventory in order to fulfil the full requirement described in Article 2.1.1 of the Statement of Work (Annex “A”).MT3: The Bidder must demonstrate that they have inventory in order to fulfil the full requirement described in Article 2.1.4 of the Statement of Work (Annex “A”).
