PURPOSE
The City of Surrey (the "City") invites contractors to provide a quotation on the form attached as Schedule C (the "Quotation") for the supply of the goods (if any) and services described in Schedule-A (the "Work").-
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, skilled labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the removal and disposal of the existing ammonia condenser and the supply and installation of a new ammonia condenser at Cloverdale Curling Club located at 6150 176 Street, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work') in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
The Work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following refrigeration equipment to be installed at the Cloverdale Curling Club:
-One new ammonia evaporative condenser with integral sump and jacket oil cooling coil.
-New refrigeration plant exhaust system.
