Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to establish Supply Arrangements (SA) for the domestic requirements of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) services of various capabilities across Canada, "as and when requested" by participating Federal Government Departments and Agencies or Crown Corporations, herein referred to as "Identified Users".
