The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), EDU have a requirement to purchase one multi component covert camera system (Remote Camera Viewer Kit) to assist RCMP EDU in acquiring real time intelligence during operations.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2025.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria identified in Annex C to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
In the event that two or more bids are identical (i.e. the same value and the lowest priced), the Bidder offering the earliest delivery date will be given preference.
