Description:
Where it is deemed practicable and in the best interest of the Province a contract may be awarded to more than one supplier for the same item or group of items. No totals required. The Province of N.B. will allow government funded bodies to purchase goods or services using long term contracts awarded as a result of an Invitation. By submitting a bid the bidder indicates that it agrees to extend the same pricing to government funded bodies as per the terms and specifications in the Invitation document. This procurement is subject to the Quebec-New Brunswick Procurement Agreement and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF REMANUFACTURED ALTERNATORS, STARTERS, AND NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS. Contract DOES NOT include rebuilt or refurbished products. It also DOES NOT include new Leece/ Neville/ Prestolite/ Motorola alternators and replacement parts for the Leece Neville brand that are covered under another contract. Genuine remanufactured products are re-engineered to like-new condition and meet or exceed OEM specifications. VENDORS ARE ASKED TO CAREFULLY READ ALL ATTACHMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS INVITATION TO TENDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID. For the purposes of this contract, the term PNB represents the Province of New Brunswick. Effective June 1, 2025 through May 31,2027 with the option to renew for one additional year.
