The City of Campbell River acknowledges we are on the territory of the Laich-Kwil-Tach people of the Wei Wai Kum and We Wai Kai First Nations.

The City of Campbell River has strategically acquired multiple properties along Shoppers Row, downtown-s “Main Street”. These acquisitions aim to transform the heart of the city, fostering a renewed sense of vibrancy and safety. By developing middle-income rental housing, we are addressing the city-s low apartment vacancy rate and creating a dynamic urban environment.
