Description:
PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) and Modern Niagara Ottawa, acting as the CB and PWC Mechanical Design Assist Implement (DAI) Sub-Contractors are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the TAB Vendor Pre-Selection portion of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.The Scope of Services of this REI shall be for:TAB subcontractor shall supply labour, equipment, tools, and all services required for air balancing, hydronic, and plumbing balancing, as well as provide commissioning support for the Mechanical Systems for the CB and PWC Buildings.This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.
