Description:
PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) and Modern Niagara Ottawa, acting as the CB and PWC Mechanical Design Assist Implement (DAI) Contractors are inviting Bidders to submit their Expression of Interest to pre-qualify to bid on the Fire Protection System Vendor Pre-Selection portion of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario.The Scope of Services of this REI shall be for: The fire protection contractor shall supply, install and commission all of the Fire Protection System for the CB and PWC Buildings. Including but not limited to: Commissioning will be phased to suit program requirements. The Fire Protection subcontractor may be required to re-certify components and performance of Fire Protection System prior to final handover. Further details will be provided at the RFP stage. Training of Operations and Maintenance staff is to be carried out in both French and English. Further details will be provided at the RFP stage.
