Rehabilitation of Family Child Protection Unit (DCPU) in Tajoura, Tajoura Municipality, Libya The Rehabilitation/construction project includes civil, plumbing, sanitary, and electrical works. Below is the critical summary of the required work. For more details, refer to BOQ; the work shall include but not be limited to the following: a) The civil part of the works includes but is not limited to site preparation, earthworks, Plain Concrete Works, Reinforced Concrete Works, Masonry works, Plastering Works, and Painting Works, as indicated on the BoQ.b) The plumbing and sanitary works include but are not limited to ceramic hand wash basin installation, piping, electrical water heater, water tank, and installation of submersible pumps, as indicated on the BoQ.c) The electrical works include but are not limited to lighting, installation of main distribution board/panel, fluorescent lighting, lighting switch, sockets outlets, and split units as indicated on the BoQ.d) Air-conditioning works include but are not limited to the HVAC system, Indoor air-conditioning unit, pre-insulated duct, Copper pipe, and Exhaust line fan.
