Description:
The work is located at 3 locations within the Township of St. Clair. The addresses of the 3 pumpingstations are as follows:
1. Brigden Main Pumping Station - 2393 Courtright Line2. Baptist Church Pumping Station - 3896 St. Clair Parkway3. Holt Line Pumping Station - 3775 St. Clair Parkway
In general, the work at each location includes:
a) Site preparation, excavation and restorationb) Bypass pumpingc) Forcemain replacementd) Cleaninge) Modifications to wet wellsf) Modifications to valve chambers
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.
The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
