- This work includes the rehabilitation of Black Creek Bridge # 1 (21-3-210). The structure is location on Oil Heritage Road (CR21) in the Municipality of Oil Springs. Work at the structure is to include concrete patch repairs to the deck top, soffit, deck edge, and vertical surfaces. The asphalt over the bridge deck will be removed, repairs are to be carried out, new deck drains installed and the deck top and approaches are to be waterproofed and paved. Approach sunken sidewalk slabs removed, and other miscellaneous site work to be completed.
