Description : TENDER NOTICE Regulatory Inspections & Preventative Maintenance (6 Designated sites Under Regulation 170/03) The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Offers for regulatory inspections and preventative maintenance for 6 designated sites under Regulation 170/03 in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents. Respondents must include: -Name of Accredited laboratory -copy of the accreditation certificate for the proposed analytical lab(s)-Resume of 2 qualified technicians as per requirements under Scope of work 2.26.11-The names of qualified persons along with copies of relevant certificates Submissions are required to be in English.
