The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites detailed proposals from vendors (the "Proponents") in strict accordance withthese Proposal Documents (CRD, RFSO No. EPRO2024-006). The proposals willbe evaluated for the selection of vendors with the intent to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”- Scope of Services.erif"This Request for Standing offer (RFSO) is used to solicit responses to create a list of Approved Contractors for the CRD-s Septic Maintenance Assessment Program.
