- This Tender is an invitation by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (the “Authority”) to prospective proponents to submit bids for developing Roadworks around and adjacent to Grassland Street property (PARCEL B, PLAN NO. 102069143, NW 1/4 SEC 5, TWP 17, RGE 19, W2 Mer and part of SW 1/4 SEC 5, TWP 17, RGE 19, W2 Mer Regina, SK.) as further described in the Bid Documents. As a result of a development South of Saskatchewan Polytechnic, adjacent to Wascana Parkway the Authority has determined the need to construct collector roads to accommodate the specified parcel. This work will include, but is not limited to: • Road structure, • Asphalt surface, • Concrete structures, • Earthworks, • Storm sewers and related drainage structures, and • Other related works.
