- This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Colliers Project Leaders on behalf of the Regina Catholic School Division and Regina Public School Division (the “Client”). The Client is seeking to retain the services of an Independent Commissioning Authority for the new Regina South East Joint-Use School (the “Project”). The Successful proponent will be responsible for Commissioning Services related to the successful design and build a new K-8 school for the new Regina South East Joint-Use School. This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE), The Regina Catholic School Division No. 81 (RCSD) and Regina Public School Division No. 4 (RPSD) collectively known as “The Owners” Colliers Project Leaders is issuing this NRFP on behalf of the client and interested proponents shall submit proposal according to the terms of the NRFP.
