The Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital contain aging infrastructure related to their electrical main services and other major electrical infrastructure within the hospitals. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (the ‘SHA-) intends to purchase new electrical equipment in a pre-purchase fashion, which is to be novated into an installing contractor-s contract at a later date.
