Project Description : The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=SHC-09-16b-2020Sealed tenders for the Drywall Renovation of Regency Gardens located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Living Skies Housing Authority, Suite #101, 1916 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, S4R 1G9 until 2:00 p.m. local Regina time, Thursday, October 22, 2020, on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.Description of the Work: Saskatchewan Housing Corporation will be renovating 89 units over a period of 3.5 years in 3 phases. The Tender shall be based upon the Phase One (I) Drywall Renovation of 20 - three-bedroom units and 11- four-bedroom units for a total of thirty-one (31) two story town-house units located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan. This work is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 2, 2020. Phase Two (II) comprised of 31 units and Phase Three (III) comprised of 25 units will be tendered at a later date. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Sask Tenders or the Regina Construction Association.There will be a mandatory site review meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 60 minute intervals starting at 9:00 a.m. located at 3803 Third Avenue North, Regina.
