Description:
Contractor to supply and install one (1) new shell and tube chiller at the Lord Beaverbrook Rink as follows:
Docal/Thermofin Model DLESA 2014-2 B4574 (New chiller to match existing)Pricing is to be inclusive of all labour, welding, piping, fittings, hardware, freight, travel, consumables, permitting, removal and disposal, and start-up and commissioning, necessary to provide complete and operational systems. Brine solution is to be removed from entirety of system and new Brine mixture shall be installed into system. Brine removed shall be properly disposed of as per all local regulations.
The Contractor shall be required to follow all of the City of Saint John-s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP-s) for working with ammonia.
