REFRESH OF REQUEST FOR SUPPLIER QUALIFICATIONS ("RFSQ") Refresh - RFSQ No. 16 05 2025 FOR A VENDOR OF RECORD ("VOR") OF QUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND SPECIALIZED SUB - TRADESThis Request for Supplier Qualifications is issued by the St. Joseph's Care as a Refresh to the Vendor of Record (VOR) of Qualified General Contractors and Specialized Sub - Trades as further described in the RFSQ document.Respondents can respond to any combination of VOR Category identified in the RFSQ including: General Contractor means the entity responsible for the supply of all material, labour, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. In most cases, the general contractor subcontracts parts of the work to other persons and companies that specialize in specific parts of the work. These are called subcontractors. A General Contractor is experienced in coordinating and managing sub-contractors required to complete the work.Specialized Sub Trades:Electrical Contractor - means the entity responsible for the supply of all material, labour, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project.
