Scope of Work : The Ministry of Transportation is seeking to refresh the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Real Estate Appraisal Services across the Province of Ontario. The VOR will be applied through a second-stage Request for Service (RFS) process when Real Estate Appraisal Services are required.Vendor(s) will be responsible for providing real estate appraisals in support of property acquisition, negotiations, statutory offers of compensation under Section 25 of the Ontario Expropriations Act, and for a variety of other Ministry property requirements. - Documents:
