Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for construction of a new washroom building in St. MaloProvincial Park and a new washroom/shower building in the West Hawk Seasonal Trailer Village in Whiteshell Provincial Park, Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").Proponents are invited to submit pricing for each location separately. Proponents maysubmit pricing for one, or both locations.The work is being done in St. Malo and Whiteshell Provincial Parks. Work site locations will be partially occupied during construction with beach users at St. Malo and seasonal campers at West Hawk.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process onbehalf of ECC.
