Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for construction of a new washroom/shower building inthe West Hawk Seasonal Trailer Village at Whiteshell Provincial Park, Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers whohave submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors based in the United States willbe automatically disqualified.The work is being done in Whiteshell Provincial Park. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction with seasonal campers.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process on behalf of ECC.
