Description:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") toprospective contractors to submit proposals for exterior retrofit, mechanical, electrical and site works as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limitedto Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors basedin the United States will be automatically disqualified.The work is being done in 12 units two storey residential building located at 303 6th Avenue Southeast, Dauphin, Manitoba. Work site location will not be occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
