Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective contractors to submit proposals for redevelopment of 17 units including site and exterior upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in five (5) two-storey townhouses located at 1425, 1427, 1429, 1431 and 1433 Rothesay Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site location will be occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
