Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for exterior and site works as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).The work is being done in a two-storey residential buildings located at 158/160/162 and 293/295 Austin Street North, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work site locations will be occupied during construction.CPPD is administering this RFP process.
