Description:
As a result of the Town's Unified Website Modernization Strategy & Roadmap, Kentico Xperience, Agility, and Umbraco Heartcore has been identified as compatible platforms for the Town, with a preference for Xperience. The Town is not interested in proposals that include any other Content Management System (CMS).
Throught this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Town aims to transition to a new cloud-based Content Management System (CMS) that provides a unified back-end solution for managing all websites on a single platform while ensuring that each site maintains a distinct public-facing presence.
The successful Vendor will be responsible for:
Designing and developing modern, citizen-centric, accessible, user-friendly websites that align with the Town-s branding and accessibility requirements.
Implementing a centralized cloud-based CMS that enhances content management efficiency while supporting individual site customization.
Hosting and maintaining the three websites to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Providing continuous technical support and ongoing website maintenance to address updates, security patches, and system enhancements.
