No other Tender or submission format will be accepted.Please read the followingsubmission instructions carefully:Submitting questions and receiving addendums:All communication (including clarification required from a technical perspective and/or from a purchasing perspective) between the OWNER/Consultant and the Tenderer MUST BE in written format via email. To facilitatecomprehensive responses, Tenderers are encouraged to email their questions as soon as possible to Ian Waymann, P.Eng., Senior Project Manager, Avia NG Inc. by email: Ian.waymann@aviang.ca. The deadline for questions is 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Thursday April 17, 2025.
