- This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Immigration and Student Support Services which will assist with the student applications and assess viability of obtaining a study permit. In addition, we are looking for a firm that can provide on-going immigration support services (with both guidance and legal support) to existing students as further described in this section. It should be noted that firms providing Canadian immigration or citizenship advice, or representation for a fee, or for any other benefit, are a licensee in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a Canadian law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec. The College-s federal mandate stems from the:1.College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act (College Act).2.Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).3.Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, and4.Citizenship Act.Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranked proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDP.
