- This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Furniture for Learning Spaces and Workspaces. It is NRDP's intention to enter into the Form of Agreement, Attached as Appendix A to this NRFP, with only one (1) legal entity. Mandatory Requirements: Respondents who do not comply with he following mandatory criteria will be disqualified without further consideration given. Each proposal Must include completion of the: Submission Form (Attachment #1), completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
