· Supply of a "software as a service" (SaaS) Records Management System (RMS) solution with software and databases in a physical Canadian environment, with storage fully provided by the vendor
· Software Implementation and Testing Support
· Ongoing Service Support Agreement
· Remaining deliverables as per "terms of reference" section of the bid document
