- This Request for Tenders (“RFT”) is for the Reconstruction of John St in Elmvale.
John Street begins at Yonge Street and extends westward towards Lawson Avenue. It culminates in a dead end and spans approximately 300 meters in length.
The proposed work includes extension of the existing storm sewers and watermain replacement, including services, replacement of sidewalk, new sidewalk, new concrete curb and gutter, and full-depth road reconstruction. John Street is composed of two sections - east and west of Lawson Avenue.
