- PROJECT BACKGROUND
As part of our Strategic Plan of putting our people and culture first, Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (“MPAC”) is committed to promoting a positive work environment that recognizes the important contributions of our employees and reinforces performance that supports our organizational values, goals, objectives, and priorities.
Our current program includes non-monetary recognition for years of service milestones and retirements (digital and framed letters/certificates) and professional achievements. It also includes e-cards for group recognition of retirements and other personal/professional celebrations.
We are looking to re-design our current recognition program to support a fully remote/hybrid workforce of approximately 1800 unionized and non-unionized employees in Ontario. Recognized as one of Greater Toronto-s Top Employers for the fourth consecutive year, we are looking to enhance our current recognition program and total rewards package in order to drive performance, continue to attract and retain key talent, and elevate our employer brand as a Top Employer.
