Description:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City of Merritt invites Proposals from licensed realtors that are suitably experienced and knowledgeable on the mobile home sales market within the City of Merritt, to provide real estate broker services for the City on an ‘as needed' basis, in relationto the sale of up to 31 mobile homes that the City owns. The City will select one preferred realtor (the "Realtor") as a result of this RFP process, for the sale of up to 31 units. Units may be sold individually, or in bulk multiples as needed and depending on the strategy developed with the Realtor.The City, at its sole option may not sell all 31 units depending on market conditions, and the City commits to no minimum volume of unit sales as a result of this RFP. The overall City objective is for all 31 units to be sold before December 20, 2025. The City may use the Services of the preferredRealtor for a period up to 3 years following the Closing Date of this RFP.
