- Summary DetailsThe District of Summerland (the “District”) is seeking prospective Respondents to submit non-binding Proposals for the provision of real estate brokerage services for residential and small commercial opportunities.
The District makes a variety of real estate transactions annually and will be looking at making strategic acquisitions and dispositions over the next several years. The District would like to have a real estate company under contract to draw on during any purchases or sales when assistance from a licensed realtor is deemed beneficial. A contract with predetermined commission terms will allow the District to act in a timely manner when pursuing or disposing of properties.
The Supplier will be required to perform the services of a real estate broker acting on behalf of the District on an as-needed basis.
The services will generally be related to residential and small commercial opportunities (including industrial, agricultural, etc.), typically for properties valued at less than $1,000,000, or where the target audience is primarily local or regional in nature.
