Description:
The City of Airdrie is seeking Real Estate Brokerage Services to provide real estate consulting services as requested. The services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Comprehensive transaction management for land acquisitions on behalf of the City of Airdrie 2. Evaluate and develop strategies for acquisition or land assets (including a cost/benefit and risk analysis) based on market conditions for the City-s consideration. 3. Develop marketing materials, advertise, and provide pm site property viewings. 4. Identify potential tenants for commercial lease spaces as directed by the City and present options for consideration with appropriate financial analysis and due diligence. 5. Prepare, negotiate, and review terms and conditions of sales agreements, offers to lease (OTL) and offers to purchase, headleases, and commercial leases including liaison with legal and other advisors. 6. Land asset location due diligence and advisory role from engagement to purchase of land asset.
