Description:
The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako (the Regional District) is requesting quotes for the construction and installation of an accessible outhouse at the Regional District-s Trout Creek Park, located at 25049 Highway 16 West, on the Bulkley River, approximately 22 kilometers northwest of Smithers, British Columbia. It is a frequently used recreation site and the need for an outhouse facility has been identified. The successful proponent will supply, deliver, install and construct all required components of the outhouse.

The outhouse is proposed to be a single user, wheelchair accessible vault toilet, with a sealed container buried in the ground enclosed by a concrete pit toilet building, similar in form and function to the outhouses located on provincial highway rest stops. The Regional District-s preference is for a premanufactured concrete building.

Submissions must: Be submitted by 4:00 pm on Tuesday April 22, as per Section 3.Include a completed Reply Form as per Section 4.Include a completed Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form as per Section 12.The terms and conditions applicable to this Request for Quotations are contained within this document. Submission of a quotation in response to this RFQ indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein or in any addenda issued by the Regional District.
