- The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide tools, hardware, and miscellaneous goods, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.The City is re-issuing for the second time, Request for Standing Offer No. 38824-45000-S01 in accordance with Section 1.4 herein. This is posted on Merx.com under the title Request for Standing Offer No. 38824-45000-Z02. This is to allow other interested firms an opportunity to submit offers to become Vendors of Record for the supply of tools, hardware, and miscellaneous goods under the official standing offer 38824-45000-S01.Firms that are already established as a Vendor of Record under RFSO No. 38824-45000-S01 will not be required to resubmit an offer. An approved Vendor of Record will remain on the standing offer list unless removed by the City or upon expiration of the standing offer.
