RC262470002 Recreation Site Maintenance, Moose Lake and Big Lake Summary Details

The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for recreation site maintenance in the Tumbler Ridge and Chetwynd area (Contract RC262470002) for the period of May 1st 2025, to October 31st 2025. This contract will be eligible for two (2) additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of the first year. We will accept BC Bid electronic submissions, email submissions or sealed hard copy submissions until February 28th, 2025 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time). RFPs will be opened in private at 9000 17th Street in Dawson Creek, BC on March 3rd, 2025. The bids will be publicly posted on BC Bid once the successful bidder is confirmed.

The recreation site maintenance will involve the cleaning, maintenance and repairs of infrastructure on Recreation Sites identified in the Schedule C - Site Maintenance Schedule of this contract (RC262470002). Details of the work / services being requested under this contract can be found in Schedule A - Services of this contract (RC262470002).

The estimated contract amount is $12,700.00 per year. The total estimated contract amount (including options to renew) is $38,100.00.
