- The Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD), as represented by the Transportation Department, is requesting Proposals for a radio communications system. The project that is the subject of this Request for Proposals has the following goals and objectives: • Provide communication covering entire school division area. • Radios to be supplied for the Prairie Spirit school bus fleet (185 vehicles) and for dispatch (6 users). • Provide training for staff. • Provide technical support. • Optional additional coverage area beyond Prairie Spirit boundary.
