GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES (NOT ELSEWHERE SPECIFIED) The Town of Rothesay ("Rothesay") is seeking quotes from qualified individuals/ firms to provide to modify the existing tennis courts to pickle ball courts including a resurfacing (plexipave) and fencing modifications and repairs. Sealed bids inenvelopes signed by an authorized representative of the respective Bidder and labeled "Rothesay Tender No. R-2025-004, Wells Park Pickleball Court" shall be received in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. All questions concerning the procurement process shall be directed to Charles Jensen, Directorof Recreation and Parks, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or E-mail to CharlesJensen@rothesay.ca. Rothesay reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in its entirety, or in part, whichever in its opinion best serves the interest of the Municipality. Eachtender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of April 22nd, 2025 at 2:30 pm. Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST.
