Tender are invited for R-2025-001A Synthetic Turf Replacement (Arthur Miller Field)

Notice Details The Town of Rothesay ("Rothesay") is seeking quotes from qualified individuals/ firms for Contract R-2025-001A: Upper Arthur Miller Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Work to provide for the supply and installation of a replacement synthetic turf sports field at Arthur Miller Fields, to accommodate multiple sports, on an existing granular base.

Each tender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of February 18th, 2025 at 2:30 pm.
Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST.
Sealed bids are to be delivered (in hard copy) to:

Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm. Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender.
The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.

The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 15th, 2025.
