Scope Of Services:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the Electrical Service Contractor for the Queens Park Care Center ATS Replacement project. The Project generally consists of the replacement of two (2) existing obsolete automatic transfer switches (ATSs) rated 800 A each with two new units. In addition the scope of work includes updating the existing Master Control Panel (MCP) programming to control the new ATSs. The Contractor for this Project shall employ the existing Essential System equipment supplier IEM Industrial Electrical Mfg. to provide the new ATSs and make the modifications to the MCP. The contract for this Project will include a Cash Allowance to cover the Contractor-s cost to have IEM to supply the ATSs and perform the MCP modifications. The construction is anticipated to commence in September 2025.
