NOTICE TO CONSULTANTSTHE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No 62753 / Quebec Bridge, Asset Management Consultant services, annual inspections, load-bearing capacity studies, diagnosis, master plan and other related services (2025-2030), (hereafter referred to as « Contract »).A firm that has participated in the inspection contract may not submit a proposal or act as a subcontractor under the contract for the design of the Construction Work and the contract for the supervision of said work.A firm that has participated in any phase of the design of the Construction Work may not submit a proposal or act as a subcontractor under the contract for the supervision of said work and under the inspection contract.Excluded Persons : HATCH LTED ATKINSRÉALIS CANADA INC.
