    FOR STEARNS COUNTY, MN
    PROJECT #25-37
    DUE DATE: 11:00 AM, CT, WEDNESDAY, JULY 23rd, 2025

    PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns seeks bids to provide sitework related to erosion control improvements from responsible contractors. The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to complete the Project. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.
    SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Project consists of the construction of improved pedestrian access at Quarry 2, including but not limited to furnishing and installing: salvaging existing grout boulders, controlling slope erosion with boulder retaining walls, cut stone stairs, expanded aggregate trail system, site grading and restoration seeding, an alternate for swimmer gear cubby niches, and all associated work.
    COMPLETION TIME: Project will be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment on or before November 28, 2025.
    PRE-BID MEETING: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 at the project site, 1802 Co Rd 137, Waite Park, MN 56387.
