Description : Issue an open call for qualification subject to trade agreements with expanded international. This call for qualification aims to prequalify suppliers with the capacity to manufacture photovoltaic systems that meet the future needs of Hydro-Québec during calls for proposals from qualified suppliers. As part of its strategic plan and its sustainable development plan, Hydro-Québec's strategy and initiatives include: - To further integrate the criteria: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) into our management practices and our decision-making mechanisms as well as the selection of our suppliers and partners; - Maximize the reduction of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in a sustainable manner. Off-grid systems powered by fossil fuels are the main sources of GHG emissions for Hydro-Québec, which plans to gradually convert them to renewable energies by 2030. Hydro-Québec plans to purchase photovoltaic systems for new power plants in Nunavik: Puvirnituq (PUK) (30 kW); Aupaluk (AUK) (24kW); Kangigsujuag (KAQ) (24kW) and as well as for (13) house transits (600kW).
