Description:
The City of Weyburn (“the City”) is seeking quotations for the replacement of approximately 295 meters of storm drain and associated infrastructure on King Street, between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue. The scope of work will include:
Replacement of approximately 200 meters of a 600 mm corrugated metal pipe (CMP) trunk storm sewer pipe and associated infrastructure with 600 mm polypropylene sewer pipe between the manhole at 1st Avenue and the manhole at 2nd Avenue on King Street. See Appendix B for photos of manhole locations.
Replacement of approximately 95 meters of 10” CMP trunk storm sewer pipe and associated infrastructure with 250 mm polypropylene sewer pipe between the manhole at 2nd Avenue north to the midblock manhole.
Replacement, reconnection and renewal to include costs to reestablish six (6) connections (at 1st Ave, 2nd Ave, and two midblock manholes).
Install new 200 mm PVC storm drain leads to catchbasins at the midblock manhole between 1st Ave and 2nd Ave, 2nd Ave, and midblock north of 2nd Ave.
Supply, grading and compaction of backfill, subbase and base materials.
