- The scope of work is to remove the existing overhead doors (5 in total) and replace them with new polycarbonate overhead doors, including all associated labour, hardware, and installation, in full compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC), 2012.
The type and design of door shall be a Richards-Wilcox Polytite P175 or similar. Any substitutions of the noted make and model of door must be submitted to the Contract Administrator for approval no later than three (3) days before bid closing. - Documents:
