Description:
Sealed digital tenders will be received via email only to: bradley@prakasheng.ca until 2:00 pm C.S.T., on April 3, 2025. The Tenders will be opened by the Consultant and Owner at a later date. Tender Documents may be obtained digitally by interested General Contractors from the Saskatchewan Construction Association digital planroom or SaskTenders. Tender Documents may be viewed at the Offices of the Consultant. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Security Deposit and Consent of Surety. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received. A mandatory site walkthrough for General Contractors will be provided on March 19, 2025 at 9:00AM. Assemble outside the South Side of the building. All contractors must notify the Consultant by email of their intent to attend the site walkthrough. Minimum 24hr prior to noted time.
