Description : The City of Ottawa, Public Works and Environmental Services Department, hereinafter referred to as the City, utilizes various Non-Destructive Testing techniques to inspect process pipes and metal storage tanks at its Wastewater Treatment Plant, Drinking Water Purification Plants, Remote Pumping Stations, and Drinking Water Distribution Network. The City is seeking offers from qualified professional non-destructive testing Contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for to perform various inspections on the pipes, tanks, and pressure vessels (i.e. boilers, heat exchangers) on an as and when requested basis utilizing various Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques to determine and monitor the condition of these, as described in the terms, conditions, and specifications, (the “Work”).
